What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Verify patient information, insurance details, and referral status
- Register patients accurately in the computer system
- Assist with appointment scheduling and maintain awareness of the schedule
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and maintain confidentiality of medical records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Word processing/computer scheduling experience
- Knowledge of typical office work environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Additional language skills a plus
