      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls in a high-volume call center efficiently and courteously
      - Manage patient billing and collection activities, including payment plans and financial assistance screening
      - Research and resolve patient credit balances and payment discrepancies
      - Document collection and billing activities accurately for continuity of service
      - Deescalate and resolve patient complaints while keeping them informed throughout the process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in patient and insurance collections and customer service
      - Certification as a Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR)
      - Knowledge of revenue cycle functions and patient collection procedures
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Two (2) years of college or Business School education
      - Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
      - Proficiency in handling Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and billing issues
      - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to protect patient health information
