Job summary
Concord Medical Centre are looking to recruit two members of staff to join our Patient Services Team, on either a part-time or full-time basis!
As a key member of the Patient Services Team, the candidate will receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing appropriate services, provide general assistance to the practice team, meet and greet patients, and ensure all reception/administration duties are completed promptly and efficiently.

Deal with general enquiries, book and amend appointments, registration of patients, read-code data into clinical systems, and handle patient notes
Assist with initial triage of patient enquiries
Communicate test results
Undertake task management on clinical systems
Enter patient information on to the practice clinical system as required
Open incoming documents in a timely fashion and distribute to other practice teams promptly and accurately
Provide administrative support to clinical teams
