      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Place and receive phone calls to/from patients to gather payments for medical expenses
      - Collect demographic, insurance, and relevant information from patients, documenting it accurately
      - Educate patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and available repayment programs or incentives
      - Utilize internal technology platforms to research and resolve patient inquiries and concerns
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and expectations of the employer's clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to train Monday-Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for approximately 7-8 weeks
      - High School Diploma or GED preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical/insurance coding and billing preferred

      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with healthcare processes and patient interactions
      - Ability to negotiate repayment terms effectively
