      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Place and receive phone calls to/from patients to gather payments for medical expenses
      - Collect and document demographic, insurance, and other relevant information from patients
      - Educate patients on the healthcare revenue cycle and available repayment programs
      - Utilize internal technology platforms to research and resolve patient inquiries
      - Maintain knowledge of the expectations and procedures of various clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for training Monday-Friday from 11:00 am-3:00 pm CST for approximately 4-5 weeks
      - High School Diploma or GED preferred
      - 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service capacity preferred
      - 1+ year(s) of experience in a call center environment preferred
      - 1+ year(s) of experience in medical/insurance coding and billing preferred
