What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce Enterra therapy and explain the treatment process to interested patients
- Deliver curated educational resources and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Document interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system
- Connect patients with applicable care teams and escalate complex situations as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting or patient education role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases and communication streams simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or patient education in medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical companies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience as an RN, LPN, NP, LSW, LDN, or CDCES is preferred but not required
- Experience in a patient education role within the healthcare industry
