What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop new hire, refresher, and level-up training programs utilizing various methods
- Deliver training and instruction to Patient Engagement Center (PEC) team members to ensure successful job performance
- Develop assessments to measure learner performance and overall program success
- Manage trainee performance and provide ongoing feedback through regular meetings
- Observe daily operations and participate in call quality calibrations to identify skill gaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of training experience, including design and delivery in a contact center environment
- Prior experience in adult learning theory and instructional design methodology
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art eLearning tools and techniques, such as Articulate 360
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead team members in a fast-paced work environment
