What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical direction and guidance to claims, customer service, or membership associates daily
- Serve as a first-line resource for operational associates regarding workflow and technical processes
- Monitor metrics to ensure workflow remains uninterrupted and assist associates with day-to-day technical questions
- Handle complex case research and resolution while maintaining service level, quality, accuracy, and productivity records
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including operational training and policy review
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of expertise in relevant automated processing systems
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
- Familiarity with URAC accredited areas and associated professional competencies
