      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect patient-related accounts receivables and manage patient collection workflows
      - Collaborate with internal and external staff to ensure timely and accurate management of revenue cycle performance expectations
      - Advocate for patients to ensure appropriate insurance payments and clear communication of patient responsibility
      - Audit patient attendance and support RCM leadership in developing strategies for patient collections
      - Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
      - Experience with healthcare EMR/billing software
      - Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
      - Experience in a growing company with multiple entities and geographic locations preferred

      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
