      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the referral and enrollment process for the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program, ensuring timely patient contact.
      - Verify patient eligibility and obtain necessary insurance authorizations prior to program enrollment.
      - Provide comprehensive training to patients and caregivers on RPM device usage and troubleshooting.
      - Oversee device inventory, maintenance, and logistics for device delivery and retrieval.
      - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns during the enrollment process.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
      - Successful completion of Medical Assistant training or relevant work experience in a patient care setting required.
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
      - Valid driver's license and current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system.
      - Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
      - Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant or related credential from a recognized agency.
