      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver 1:1 education to patients and caregivers on Parkinson’s disease psychosis and available resources
      - Mentor and lead a team of Patient Educators, ensuring high standards in patient support delivery
      - Plan and execute educational programs and workshops for patients and caregivers
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance disease awareness and patient engagement
      - Capture insights from patient interactions to inform strategic initiatives and resource development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare or life sciences preferred
      - 8-10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry focused on patient support or education
      - Prior experience in leading or mentoring a field-based team
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
      - Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and compassion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree preferred
      - Background in patient navigation, clinical care, pharmacy, or community health education
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
      - Experience in program development and execution in healthcare settings
