  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make outbound phone calls to eligible patients to educate and enroll them in the employer’s specialty pharmacy program
  - Review patient electronic medical records (EMR) and chart notes prior to calls to ensure familiarity with their conditions
  - Communicate the benefits of the employer’s pharmacy services and build rapport with patients
  - Identify medications and supplies requiring special handling or storage
  - Perform additional duties as assigned to support the pharmacy team
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
  - 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related role
  - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage with patients effectively
  - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on patient advocacy
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred
  - Prior experience in customer service or outbound calling is advantageous
  - Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  - Results-oriented with a positive outlook on patient care
