What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Screen potential study participants using a telescreen questionnaire to assess suitability for clinical trials
- Accurately review, enter, and edit patient information in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)
- Schedule patient appointments in the CTMS, ensuring all entries are current and correct
- Meet daily recruitment targets through proactive communication and follow-up with potential volunteers
- Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver high-quality, accurate work in all administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Patient Recruitment Associate/Assistant/Specialist role
- Proven experience in patient recruitment and clinical research
- Strong skills in sales, customer service, and call center operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

- Experience in marketing or sales
- Ability to think creatively for innovative marketing and research promotion strategies
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
