What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Efficiently manage calls to meet daily production goals
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and stay informed of site protocols and physician schedules

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Successful background check results required
- Proof of identity and right to work in the United States is necessary
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a receptionist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-friendly demeanor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Familiarity with NextGen software or other EMR systems is advantageous
