      Employer Overview:

      Join our team at the leading national specialty distributor of healthcare products in emergency medical services (EMS) and respiratory markets. As part of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the revenue cycle management within EMS. We are committed to providing top-quality care to our clients and the patients they serve.

      Responsibilities:

      - Support the Patient Billing Department in all areas related to private pay patients
      - Work with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely payment of claims while adhering to HIPAA rules and regulations
      - Handle correspondence via mail, email, and telephone
      - Gain an understanding of all departments and their role in the payment of EMS claims
      - Collaborate with all internal departments as a team player

      Qualifications:

      - Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining composure
      - Strong computer literacy, including the ability to work with two monitors
      - Excellent phone manner and communication skills
      - Previous experience dealing with the public is helpful
      - Punctual, dependable, and accountable for your work

      - This is a permanent, full-time remote position
