      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to patient inquiries, requests, and disputes over the phone by providing accurate information
      - Process patient credit card payments to resolve outstanding self-pay balances
      - Analyze, identify, and resolve issues on patient accounts effectively
      - Utilize GE and Epic workflow systems and other tools as needed
      - Adhere to departmental policies and maintain quality and productivity standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Previous experience in Hospital/Facility or Physician billing
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
      - Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
      - Strong verbal communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with GE Centricity or EPIC PB preferred
      - Proficiency with MS Office
      - Ability to maintain composure when handling particularly difficult calls with customers
