      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify trends in quality of care concerns through medical record review and data analysis
      - Present serious harm events to the Adverse Events Committee for review
      - Participate in Root Cause Analyses as an Analyst or Scribe
      - Communicate effectively with medical staff and front-line personnel regarding Patient Safety events
      - Maintain confidentiality of protected patient information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Clinical Healthcare Degree (BSN, RT, PT, OT, SLP) or Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in Quality, Risk, Performance Improvement, Safety, or Regulatory/Accreditation
      - CPHQ or CPPS certification within 1 year of hire
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Nursing or a related Health Care discipline
      - Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EPIC)
      - Additional certifications such as CPPS, CPHQ, or CPHRM
      - Demonstrated proficiency in adult education or public speaking
      - Advanced knowledge of healthcare practices and regulations
