      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify trends related to quality of care concerns through medical record review and data analysis
      - Communicate effectively with medical staff and nursing departments regarding patient safety events
      - Support investigations of adverse and sentinel events as assigned
      - Facilitate Root Cause Analyses and track action items and audits
      - Present findings to the Adverse Events Committee and contribute to patient safety initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Clinical Healthcare Degree (BSN, RT, PT, OT, SLP) or Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field
      - Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in Quality, Risk, Performance Improvement, Safety, or Regulatory/Accreditation
      - Certification as CPHQ or CPPS within 1 year of hire
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
      - Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline
      - Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EPIC)
      - Additional certifications such as CPHQ, CPPS, or CPHRM
      - Experience as an adult educator or public speaker
      - Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid rules
