      How you'll make an impact in this role

      Lead national initiatives within patient safety and regulatory services. Responsible for regional partnership, collaboration and coaching oversight to the management of patient safety programs.

      • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality and safety program, focusing on external standards, data management, outcomes reporting, and High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles, including understanding of CMS Conditions of Participation (CoPs).
      • Lead safety review programs and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations.
      • Manage staff relations through performance management, satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
      • Partner with leadership to establish accountability structures for safety outcomes.
      • Utilize strong analytic, technical, and project management skills to coordinate diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate project status and risks effectively to upper management.

      What minimum qualifications you'll need

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
      • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

      What additional requirements you'll need

      • RN License, CPPS, CPHQ, CHFE, preferred.
      • 1-2 years of knowledge of human factors and how to apply the concepts into process improvement projects, human factors engineering, preferred.
      • 1-2 years in process improvement methodology such Lean, Six Sigma, etc., preferred.
