What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Pre-register and schedule patients for appointments, procedures, tests, and other services
- Answer incoming calls and handle follow-up and referral work queues
- Communicate with patient care teams to ensure efficient care for patients
- Accurately enter data into the electronic health record while assisting patients
- Coordinate scheduling of services, including ancillary and procedure scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for onsite training for 6 weeks
- Proficient in scheduling multiple service lines and cross-trained for coverage as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work as part of a care team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Previous experience in patient access or scheduling is preferred
