      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle scheduling calls and faxes for all locations while ensuring timely and courteous responses
      - Review exam preparation and provide patients with directions regarding insurance and payment policies
      - Coordinate with radiologists, referring physicians, and site managers to ensure efficient operations
      - Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring correct identification and billing information
      - Handle patient satisfaction calls and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; knowledge of medical terminology
      - Medical office experience with a preference for previous patient scheduling experience
      - Knowledge of health insurance requirements related to pre-authorization and eligibility
      - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
      - Basic computer skills necessary for job performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a medical office setting, specifically in patient scheduling
      - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and federal/state regulations in healthcare
