      Quad Med is seeking a Patient Service Lead for our Gautier, MS clinic! The Patient Services Lead oversees and coordinates activities of the patient services and administrative needs as communicated and coached by the Health Center Manager.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Follows and enforces clinical and organizational policies and procedures
      • Maintains patient confidentiality and supports organizational HIPAA policies
      • Educates and enforces all safety/OSHA policies and procedures
      • Assists health and wellness center leadership with staff performance reviews by providing feedback
      • Participates in and supports health and wellness center managers with staff disciplinary actions as needed
      • Facilitates continuous improvement systems throughout the health and wellness center through the use of Lean principles
      • Purchases and maintains supplies and equipment
      • Participates in the training and skill development of new personnel as it pertains to the usage of the electronic health record.
      • Maintaines up to date training and skills assessments of all direct reports
      • Processes, codes, and completes insurance claims forms
      • Effective communicator and liaison on the day-to-day operations with the clinical lead, patients and Health Center Manager
      • Ensures top notch customer service by working closely with staff to help them meet and exceed patient’s and client’s expectations
      • Solves day-to-day issues and presents solutions to health and wellness center management
      • Provides assistance with and completes incident reports as needed
      • Oversees front office staff scheduling
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Qualifications
      Education:

      • High School diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred

      Experience:

      • Three (3) years healthcare industry experience
      • Coursework in leadership or leadership experience strongly preferred

      Certifications, Licensure, Registrations:

      • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      • Superior Communication skills and interpersonal skills set
      • Great attention to detail, proficient management and patient education skills, excellent problem solving skills, and process management
      • Bilingual a plus
      • Proficient with Electronic Health Record
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word
      • Proficient with Medical Claims
      • Work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion
