      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate patient services and manage medical records in an outpatient women’s health setting
      - Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and facilitate communication across departments
      - Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality while promoting a positive image of the employer
      - Assist clinical staff with various tasks, including patient care and clerical support
      - Maintain and organize patient information, including electronic records and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or formal educational equivalent
      - Ability to follow oral instructions and communicate effectively with staff and patients
      - One or more years of clerical experience
      - At least 6 months of experience with computers and/or electronic records
      - Certification as a nursing assistant or military corpsman

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient services or coordination
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations
      - Additional certifications related to patient care or administrative support
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
