What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate patient services and manage medical records in an outpatient women’s health clinic
- Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy while promoting a positive image of the employer
- Assist clinical staff with various tasks and provide clerical support as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff, ensuring accurate information flow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or formal educational equivalent
- Ability to follow oral instructions and communicate effectively with staff and patients
- Minimum of one year of clerical experience
- At least six months of experience with computers and/or electronic records
- Certification as a nursing assistant or military corpsman is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or outpatient clinic
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
