What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide patient-centered support by assisting with appointment scheduling and navigating the health network
- Engage with patients and customers virtually over the phone to address their needs and concerns
- Offer tier 1 technical support for patient health applications
- Serve as an entry point and informational resource for patients entering the health system
- Foster relationships with existing patients and those seeking treatment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 2 years of experience interacting with and engaging customers virtually over the phone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of technical support experience
