      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and supervise Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff
      - Direct, schedule, and assist in training staff; provide performance feedback to supervisors
      - Monitor daily performance metrics, including call waiting times and service accuracy
      - Identify and resolve operational issues; recommend procedural changes as necessary
      - Assist in preparing and maintaining provider and clinic schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a medically related or public relations field
      - Four years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist, or equivalent experience with a UW Supervisory Skill Certificate
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
      - Excellent problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to monitor and evaluate policies and procedures effectively
