      Overview USA Health is Transforming Medicine along the Gulf Coast to care for the unique needs of our community. Our team of doctors, advanced care providers, nurses, therapists and researchers provide the region's most advanced medicine at multiple facilities, campuses, clinics and classrooms. We offer patients convenient access to innovative treatments and advancements that improve the health and overall wellbeing of our community. Responsibilities Provides services for various situations to include sitting with antagonistic, distressed, and suicidal patients and those at risk for falling; provides care in a manner that soothes patients, observes patients for changes in demeanor and condition, and calls upon nursing staff when necessary; maintains records of care provided to patients; desists from performing unauthorized duties; maintains confidentiality; adheres to relevant policies, procedures, and standards; assesses room for environmental safety risks; monitors visitor belongings to ensure they comply with appropriate guidelines; communicates professionally and appropriately with patients; tending to basic patient needs; regular and prompt attendance; ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required; related duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
