What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound calls from prospective and existing patients, ensuring timely responses and directing calls to appropriate team members
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, including sending reminders and handling rescheduling and cancellation requests
- Manage new patient paperwork, including intake forms and consent documents, ensuring all required information is collected and properly filed
- Input and update patient information into the EHR system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of demographic and clinical data
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Some college coursework or an Associate's degree
- Previous telephonic outreach and customer service experience
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, with up to 3 days from the employer's Exton, PA clinic and the remainder remotely
- Proficiency with medical EHR systems
- Genuine empathy, excellent listening skills, and strong time management abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in mental healthcare
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Experience in a medical office setting
