What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to all incoming callers, addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively answer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Listen attentively to patient concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system
- Assist patients via live chat on the employer’s website, providing information and addressing concerns about treatments, appointments, and general inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
