      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create product roadmaps for assigned product suite using industry trends and client feedback
      - Prioritize initiatives to align with overall company objectives and goals
      - Develop Functional Requirements/Vision Documents for product enhancements
      - Manage development of prototypes to illustrate product enhancements
      - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product features meet company and regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An undergraduate degree in a related field and 7+ years of full lifecycle product development experience
      - In-depth experience with product marketing or project management including product launches
      - Experience with TSYS and supplier enablement
      - Understanding of Integrated Payables and Business Card product use cases and back-end functionality
      - Goal-oriented with the ability to manage and optimize products throughout their lifecycle

      - Experience in a banking or financial services environment
      - Proven track record of successful product launches and market success
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market research into actionable insights
      - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the banking industry
      - Excellent communication and training skills for cross-departmental collaboration
