  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including qualifying, referring, demonstrating, and closing business to meet sales quotas
  - Conduct detailed discovery calls to assess client needs and present appropriate retirement solutions
  - Collaborate with team members to share insights and submit qualified lead referrals for other products
  - Utilize technology tools for tracking sales activities and forecasting
  - Maintain a positive representation of the employer in all client interactions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma required
  - Series 6, Series 63, and SIE licenses required
  - Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
  - Ability to develop technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree preferred
