      • JOB SUMMARY
        • Provides day to day oversite coordinates team activities delivering effective and efficient results. Gains payer specific knowledge and communicates with revenue cycle team.
      • DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
        • Prepares quality reviews; complete retrains as needed and produces team summary for Function Lead.
        • Gains payer specific knowledge and supports team questions
        • Prepares information for payer specific joint operating committee meeting(s)
        • Active producer within assigned function and meets appropriate quality and productivity expectations.
      • EDUCATION/LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER REQUIREMENTS
        • Minimum requirement:
          • High School Diploma or equivalency received
          • 2 years of related experience and training
        • Preferred qualifications:
          • Associates degree
          • 5 years of related experience and training
      • WORKING ENVIRONMENT
        • This job operates in a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers.
        • The noise level in this position is usually low.
      • PHYSICAL DEMANDS
        • Constantly required to maintain a stationary position behind a computer.
        • Frequently required to move about the office.
        • Constantly required to communicate with others telephonically and in-person requiring talking and hearing.
