      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform manual and electronic payment posting functions for various payors across patient accounts
      - Maintain knowledge of insurance rejection and denial processes for effective follow-up activities
      - Research and clear unapplied accounts using established processes
      - Reconcile bank and special accounts, including payment transfers and refunds
      - Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate posting according to established guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in payment posting
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of patient accounting systems is a plus
      - Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills
      - Good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related financial role or patient accounting
      - Familiarity with data entry and 10-key functions
      - Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including hospital settings
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
