      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Post all payments received from patients and insurance carriers into the Raintree EMR system, ensuring account accuracy
      - Balance daily credit card transactions by cross-referencing the credit card terminal with the Raintree system
      - Reconcile EFT deposits and variances using the SQL BAI Tool
      - Review unapplied payments and submit refund requests, analyzing reasons for discrepancies
      - Assist with payment research inquiries from the Patient's Account department, ensuring timely communication on payment status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
      - 3 - 5 years of experience in the medical field
