      EMEA Payments Operations is responsible for ensuring timely payments on behalf of the clients (both internal and external) of the firm. If you have the experience within the support of the day to day Operations for the Payments Processing Function, then this role is for you to apply. The role involves processing of multi-currency payments for our Global clients.

      Job responsibilities

      • Repair of high value transactions.
      • Verification of high value transactions.
      • Process Manual instructions received on fund / wire transfers for global currencies.
      • Review, research and process of incoming Funds Transfer by crediting client accounts or returning funds to remitting bank.
      • Monitoring transaction activity and control settlement timeframes for fund transfers.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Good Interpersonal skills -and being able to communicate affectively at all levels.
      • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
      • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues & escalating as appropriate.
      • A strong client focus.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Strong PC and analytical skills.
      • Proficient in Microsoft products.
      • Knowledge of SWIFT Message types related to payments & international payment conventions & practices.
