What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Post insurance and patient payments (EOBs, EFTs, and checks) into the billing system
- Review remittance advice for accuracy and address discrepancies
- Assist in reconciling daily deposits and accounts
- Communicate with billing and AR teams to resolve payment issues
- Maintain detailed, organized, and accurate records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payment posting or healthcare billing
- Familiarity with insurance billing, EOBs, and electronic remittance files
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Central Reach is a plus, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus
