      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process payment discrepancies for under and overpayments, ensuring accurate resolution
      - Analyze and research payment issues, executing effective resolution strategies
      - Correspond with third-party payers, hospital departments, and patients to gather necessary information
      - Maintain and update account insurance information to resolve variances
      - Participate in cross-training to optimize departmental resources and improve workflow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare billing functions
      - Knowledge and experience with healthcare revenue cycle systems and billing tools
      - Proven track record of successful performance and goal achievement
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with payer payment policies and coding principles
      - Ability to effectively work collaboratively with diverse teams
      - Familiarity with quality improvement practices in healthcare settings
