      About the Role:

      We are looking for a skilled Payments Analyst, Issuer Processor to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the technical aspects of the issuer platforms and payment processor platforms. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in payment systems, integrations, and data analysis to ensure seamless operations, maintain system integrity, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

      Responsibilities:
      • Issuer Platform & Processor Integration: Oversee and manage the integration of credit card issuer platforms with third-party payment processors and acquirers. Ensure data flows seamlessly between internal systems and external partners.
      • Transaction Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze transaction data across multiple platforms to detect anomalies, errors, and any data integrity issues.
      • System Optimization & Configuration: Work closely with our product, business, and development teams to optimize the configuration of payment platforms and processors. Recommend improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
      • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to payment systems configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
      • Payment Networks Certification: Work with our card acquiring certification team on any new or existing certification that is required with our payment networks or issuer processors.

      • Seamless and Secure Integrations: All credit card issuer platforms are integrated efficiently and securely with third-party payment processors and acquirers, with data flowing flawlessly and without issues.
      • Proactive Issue Resolution: Transaction data is consistently monitored and analyzed, allowing for the proactive detection and swift resolution of anomalies, errors, and data integrity issues across all platforms.
      • Optimized Payment Operations: Payment platforms and processors are continually optimized and configured to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational friction.
      • Comprehensive and Accessible Documentation: All payment systems configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures are meticulously documented and readily available, facilitating smooth operations and knowledge transfer.
      • Timely and Successful Certifications: All necessary payment networks and issuer processor certifications are obtained efficiently and on schedule, ensuring continuous compliance and functionality.
      • Expert Troubleshooting: Complex issues across integrated payment systems are effectively and quickly identified and resolved, minimizing downtime and impact.
      • Compliance Adherence: A deep understanding of card associations interchange compliance is consistently applied, ensuring all payment operations meet regulatory standards.


      Candidate Requirements:

      Required

      • Minimum 5 years' experience in the payment platform management, financial transaction systems, particularly in the credit card issuer/ acquirer space.
      • Minimum 3 years' experience in the merchant acquiring/credit card processing industry.
      • Detailed understanding of card associations interchange compliance.
      • Proficiency of PCs - Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
      • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
      • Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and multi-tasking capabilities.
      • Strong experience with integration of payment systems and troubleshooting complex issues across multiple systems.
      • Strong knowledge of the ISO20022 and ISO8583 messaging standards and different APIs ( rest, soap, websockets).
      • Experience in implementing backend/ frontend settlement network certifications.

      Compensation & Benefits:

      Compensation range: $94,365 - $113,890

      Traditional Physical Requirements:
      • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
