What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and acquire new merchant clients across various verticals including Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of payment solutions
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and execute customer retention strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends and ensure compliance with internal controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel as required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in payments, financial services, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of merchant services and payment processing
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Regional market expertise in the Southeast U.S. is a plus
- Familiarity with MPS platforms and U.S. Bank distribution channels is a plus
