      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal and regulatory compliance support, including tracking legislation and legal issues affecting operations
      - Draft, update, and review legal agreements and documents to ensure compliance
      - Manage legal contracts and ensure consistency with internal templates and regulatory standards
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on card brand compliance and coordinate remediation of compliance violations
      - Support cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with Finance and Deal Desk on vendor management and pricing updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree or higher in Paralegal Studies or a related field (paralegal certificate preferred)
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role, including at least 1 year in a corporate legal environment
      - Familiarity with card brand compliance (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and the payments industry
      - Strong knowledge of legal documentation, terminology, and contract structures
      - Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and e-signature platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
      - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential materials with integrity and accuracy
