      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the contractual process, ensuring accurate completion and prompt response to managed care proposals
      - Serve as the primary liaison for regional payors, maintaining communication and relationship management
      - Document contract terms, fee schedules, and billing requirements for managed care payor contracts
      - Conduct routine audits to secure optimal status and identify reimbursement trends
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract-related issues and enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years prior contracting experience
      - At least 4 years of experience in healthcare billing/accounting
      - High School Diploma required
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract management software
      - Comprehensive knowledge of managed care for non-government payor relations programs
