      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, audit, and process bi-weekly payroll cycles
      - Manage hourly timecard review, corrections, and approvals
      - Support Paylocity configuration and workflow documentation
      - Monitor payroll inbox and resolve employee inquiries
      - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2–6 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
      - Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred
      - Understanding of hourly workforce timekeeping and compliance rules
      - Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration
      - Strong audit, documentation, and reconciliation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to work independently with tight deadlines
      - Previous experience in managing state and local tax filings
      - Experience supporting year-end tasks, including W-2 preparation and reconciliations
