      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare paychecks requiring special processing, including bonus payouts and off-cycle batch processing
      - Provide cross-functional support for projects, including defining business requirements and writing test scripts
      - Respond to and resolve incoming inquiries from phone calls, emails, and case tracking systems
      - Identify and recommend process improvements while maintaining documentation and compliance with laws
      - Perform payroll reconciliation for assigned cycles, validating hours, earnings, and deductions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Multi-State payroll processing experience preferred
      - Foundational understanding of payroll processes, including garnishments and special payments
      - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Basic skills in payroll systems (specifically SAP) and accounting systems (specifically Oracle)
      - Ability to mentor and train peers effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Federal/State/Local or Provincial labor payroll, garnishment, and tax law
      - Emerging analytical and technical skills with the ability to adapt to changing technology
      - Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively
