What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate system data for Time and Attendance and payroll processing
- Facilitate audit processes to ensure system accuracy and efficiency
- Partner with leadership regarding contracts, policies, and procedures
- Assist in the maintenance of automated payroll processes and HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with established regulations, policies, and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five years of payroll experience, emphasizing automated timekeeping systems and HRIS maintenance
- Knowledge of automated payroll processes and software
- Proficient in PC office software
- Certification such as CPP is required
