      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and improve payroll processes for accurate and timely payment of over 250,000 partners
      - Identify, analyze, and resolve complex payroll issues while recommending process improvements
      - Lead cross-functional teams in developing new processes and maintaining process documentation
      - Train and mentor peers and payroll analyst associates
      - Assist management in achieving payroll processing objectives and promoting best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in multi-state/provincial full cycle payroll processing
      - Foundational knowledge of payroll operations including garnishments, bonus payments, and payroll taxes for the U.S. (required) and Canada (preferred)
      - Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities, both oral and written
      - Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to mentor and train peers and payroll analysts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in payroll processing for both U.S. and Canadian regulations
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing technology and identify process improvements
      - Experience in internal auditing of payroll processes
