- Processing biweekly payroll
- Coordinating and processing employee benefit services
- Managing leave accounting
- Providing guidance to staff and managers on time and attendance
- Interpreting and applying wage and benefit provisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in performing payroll, benefits, or fiscal support duties
- Auditing and resolving payroll and/or benefits discrepancies or fiscal data
- Working with a Human Resources Information System for payroll or benefit processing
- Processing payroll and/or benefits for a large organization
- Performing payroll or benefit duties in a public sector, 24/7, or healthcare setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Payroll & Benefits Specialist
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, ADP, etc.
