- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, High School diploma or GED and 2-3 years of administrative experience can be considered equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, and understands organizational rules and regulations.
- 1-2 Years data entry experience.
- Healthcare or hospital experience and knowledge of collective bargaining systems.
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Working knowledge of many payroll processes, policies, and procedures; knowledge of organization-specific computer application programs.
- Working knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, and understands organizational rules and regulations. Demonstrated judgment and decision-making skills; verbal, written and active listening communication skills.
- Uses interpersonal skills and service orientation skills in interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Problem solving, problem identification and reasoning skills. Intermediate mathematical skills.

The duration of this position is approximately 2 months.
Involves activities associated with generation of payroll including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime and withholding status. Complies with all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions.
Professional who applies acquired job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments / projects / tasks of moderate scope and complexity; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action.
Under the direction of the HR Processing Supervisor, the HR Processing Analyst has the primary responsibility to organize, analyze, validate, and enter all Human Resources data transactions into the unified payroll database. Understands and applies human resources policies, rules, and the UCPath system, Transaction Processing System (TPS), Personnel Database (PDB) data entry procedures. The HR Processing Analyst critically evaluates the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts and research inconsistencies in information. Interacts on a regular basis with HR Generalists, Recruiters, and Managers. The HR Processing analyst ensures accurate and timely data entry to meet various systems deadlines. Assists with filing personnel documents into the eFile.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
