      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact during the New Client Implementation process
      - Manage new client setups from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client expectations
      - Gather and evaluate data to ensure payroll is processed correctly and in compliance with regulations
      - Provide training to clients on software usage to enhance their confidence and proficiency
      - Oversee workflow during the initial payroll period to ensure timely and accurate payroll transitions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of experience with payroll, time and attendance, or human capital management systems
      - Knowledge of multi-state and local taxation, including garnishments
      - Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and capability to work across multiple systems
      - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
      - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple setups simultaneously

      - Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in payroll or HR services
      - Familiarity with payroll software and implementation processes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot client/system issues effectively
