      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and anticipate client needs
      - Create project plans and timelines for implementation
      - Complete onboarding initiatives and data entry tasks
      - Troubleshoot and configure system setups and data discrepancies
      - Train clients on how to use the company's applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years' experience in HCM implementations
      - Proficiency in payroll, timekeeping, and benefit implementation
      - Strong project management and communication skills
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
      - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HCM systems such as isolved, Millennium, Worklogic, ADP Workforce Now, or Kronos
      - Familiarity with various APIs, payroll, and timekeeping software
      - Certification in FPC, CPP, PHR, or SPHR
