      Position Summary
      The CVS Health Payroll team is seeking is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to drive scalable and streamlined continuous improvement initiatives across all CVS Health business units. This role is responsible for cross-functional performance metrics, ensuring excellence in payroll operations and change executions, leading process enhancement initiatives, ensuring projects are planned and completed on time. The program analyst will identify and resolve issues, lead, or participate in complex projects, ensure continuous process improvement, and manage outsourcing relationships. The Payroll Operational Excellence Program Sr Analyst plays a key role in identifying process improvement opportunities and executing plans to implement.

      ***The ideal candidate would work in a hybrid capacity in CVS' Cumberland, RI location***

      Required Qualifications

      3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

      Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

      Must have a strong working knowledge of payroll operations to succeed in this role.

      Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project and Outlook.

      Preferred Qualifications

      Experience leading Operational Improvement projects in HR Domain

      Experience with Payroll/HR specific technologies, particularly Workday HCM/Payroll and Infor’s Workbrain Time & Labor application

      Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

      Able to translate complex data from a range of sources into leader ready insights and deliverables.

      Education

      HS diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equal years of relevant working experience may be considered

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $46,988.00 - $112,200.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
